Refund & Return Policy

Damage on Delivery Only

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Valid Reasons for Return:

  • Watch not functioning on arrival

  • Visible breakage or cracks in case or strap

  • Severe cosmetic damage affecting usability

  • Missing parts due to transit damage

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Minor natural wood variations

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Water or moisture exposure

  • Wear and tear after use

  • Change of mind or personal preference

Return Conditions

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video and clear images are mandatory

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Failure to meet these conditions may lead to rejection of the return request.

Resolution

Upon verification:

  • We will repair the product where feasible

  • If repair is not possible, a refund will be issued

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
