At ANKA, we offer free shipping across India through our trusted and reliable delivery partners, including India’s leading courier company Blue Dart.

Shipping time for each order may vary depending on the order size and will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order. While we strive to deliver all orders on time, ANKA will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or phone number registered with us.

International Orders

For international shipments, the recipient (consignee) is responsible for payment of all courier charges, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country.

If the shipment is held by destination customs, the consignee must clear it through their own customs broker. ANKA will not be responsible for customs clearance at the destination.

If the consignee fails to pay destination customs duties or charges, ANKA will not be liable to pay those charges or refund the product value.

If unpaid destination customs duties or charges are debited to ANKA by the carrier, the same amount will be recovered from the consignee.
