At anka.watch, every watch is crafted with care, precision, and responsibly sourced materials. To ensure complete peace of mind, we proudly offer a limited warranty on all our watches.

Warranty Coverage

All ANKA watches come with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Movement or mechanism malfunctions

• Defects in materials or craftsmanship

If your watch develops a fault due to manufacturing issues during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge (at our discretion).

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)

• Damage caused by water, moisture

• Accidental damage, drops, or impact

• Improper use, mishandling, or unauthorised repairs

• Strap wear, breakage, or battery replacement

• Loss or theft of the watch

Wooden watches are naturally sensitive to water. Wear the time with little bit of care.

Water Resistance Disclaimer

ANKA wooden watches are not designed for water exposure.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Swimming, showering, or rain

3. Attach clear images or a short video showing the issue

Natural Material Disclaimer

Each ANKA watch is unique.

Minor variations in wood grain, colour, or texture are natural characteristics, not defects, and are not covered under warranty.
